Trucks Contracting History Contact Request a Brief
ETF, Brisbane Est. 2012

The heaviest haulers, zero emissions.

ETF engineers the largest battery-electric mining trucks on Earth. All-wheel-drive, energy-harvesting, from 180 to 774 metric tonnes of payload. Built to out-move, out-last, and silently outperform every diesel on the haul road.

Numbers that break
industry assumptions.

Four facts the diesel haul truck cannot match, and the reason every progressive mine operator is now asking different questions of their fleet.

Max Payload
The largest battery-electric hauler ever engineered. No production truck of any drivetrain carries more.

Tailpipe Emissions
No diesel, no turbines. Only batteries and regenerated kinetic energy.

Technical Availability
Modular components swap in minutes. Repairs move to the workshop, not the haul road.

Wheel & Battery Swap
Turnaround time for a wheel, battery pack, or drive module exchange.

Every subsystem,
modular.

Battery module being lowered into an ETF chassis

Battery pack

Hot-swappable in 15 minutes at the bay. No refueling stops, no diesel logistics. Energy returns at shift change.

15 min swap

AWD hub motors

In-wheel drive on every axle. No transmission, no differential losses. Full regeneration on retardation.

100% torque at hub

Dump bed

Tuned to ore density per site. Up to 774 tonnes moved in a single cycle.

774 t max

Operator cabin

No engine noise, no vibration, no diesel particulate.

<70 dB interior

Hub-drive wheels

Each wheel swaps as a single sealed component. Narrower track, narrower haul roads, more mine per metre.

1 component swap

Repairs move to the workshop, not the haul road. That is how ETF holds 95% technical availability.

the truck refuels itself.

Fully loaded, a descending ETF regenerates kinetic energy back to the pack. On a deep open-cut mine, the downhill leg returns enough charge to power the empty climb back up. Net-zero haulage cycles, entirely on-site, entirely grid-independent.
